IF YOU CAN’T WALK, LET THE DIET ROCK !!!

Over occupied schedule, packed hours of work,
late sleeping hours, abrupt routine is all that
I can define about humanity in general today.
Along with unhygienic and unhealthy eating life
style is a terrible blow on our longevity and fit and
healthy living too. I too fall in the some “Persona of Imperfection”
Nevertheless, let’s do want we can rather than repenting what we can’t.
Can’t go for walk… Cool…!!!
Check and follow this..
● Start your Day with at least 10mins of Meditation/yoga, after freshening up.
●Heavy Nutritious Breakfast of… Milk, Cornflakes,
Fruits and Veg Sandwiches.
● Chhachh/Lassi, Salad, Daal, Rice and one Chappati for Lunch.
● TEA biscuits and light snacks by 5.0pm
● No Dinner.
● In between Meals…
Warm Water /warm Ajjwain Water is a MUST.
● Night to close with a Piece of Jaggery..
